ISDA Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee:

Desarrolladora Homex, S.A.B. de C.V. Failure to Pay Credit Event

NEW YORK, July 16, 2013 – The International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA) today announced that its Americas Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee resolved that a Failure to Pay Credit Event occurred in respect of Desarrolladora Homex, S.A.B. de C.V.

The Committee did not resolve to hold an auction in respect of outstanding CDS transactions.  Further information regarding this credit event is available on ISDA’s website, www.isda.org/credit.
