The Credit Derivatives Market Practice Distribution list is a long-standing distribution list used to keep ISDA members apprised of key developments in the credit market practice space.

The Credit Market Infrastructure Group is responsible for addressing OTC Credit Derivatives specific operations issues. It will take direction from the Market Infrastructure and Technology (MIT) Working Group on strategic deliverables while being the forum where tactical and day to day issues are raised, discussed and resolved.

The Asia-Pacific Equity Derivatives Operations Working Group consists of equity derivatives operations people in the Asia-Pacific region. The group aims to address any equity derivatives operational issues in the region.

The Asia-Pacific Interest Rates Derivatives Operations Distribution List consists of interest rates derivatives operations people in the Asia Pacific region. The group aims to address any interest rates derivatives operational issues in the region.

The committee consists mainly of legal professionals and holds monthly meetings in Hong Kong. Legal and regulatory developments in Asia-Pacific (with a focus on North Asia), as well as notable developments in the rest of the world, and ISDA initiatives and efforts in the preceding month are discussed at the meeting.

The working group consists of senior legal people based in HK and Singapore. The aim of the group is to provide strategic guidance and leadership to ISDA on its legal and regulatory efforts in the Asia-Pacific region, as well as to provide a platform for discussion and debate on legal and regulatory issues of topical concern.

Due to continued interest and efforts in a number of key jurisdictions, ISDA has set up working groups specific to these jurisdictions. Each working group addresses topical issues of importance to ISDA members active in that jurisdiction, such as submissions on proposed new laws and regulations in that country.

The committee consists mainly of front office and business people. The Steering Committee aims to address market practice and business matters of topical concern and also determines the overall strategy and direction of ISDA’s activities.
