Committee: ISDA APAC WGMR Implementation Group
The Asian WGMR Implementation Group was formed with the objectives of 1) tracking and sharing of information related to margining regulation in the APAC region, and 2) identifying and resolving jurisdiction-specific margining implementation issues specific to the APAC region. This discussion group will coordinate its activities and share information with the WGMR Oversight Committee to ensure maximal harmonization and consistency with global implementation best practices.
Committee: ISDA Asia Capital Group
The ISDA Asia Capital Group serves as a forum for issues related to the implementation of Basel III standards that are relevant to derivatives in the Asia-Pacific region (excluding Japan). The focus of the forum is to coordinate responses to Basel-III related consultations that are applicable to derivatives from regulators in the region. The group determines and coordinates responses through industry discussions and regulatory advocacy by coordinating with the relevant global Risk & Capital forums.
Committee: ISDA Asia-Pacific (APAC) Korea Group
Due to continued interest and efforts in a number of key jurisdictions, ISDA has set up distribution lists specific to these jurisdictions. Each distribution list addresses topical issues of importance to ISDA members active in that jurisdiction, such as submissions on proposed new laws and regulations in that country.
Committee: ISDA Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Group
The ISDA Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Distribution List will conduct discussions around the use of arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution in derivatives transactions globally. This includes the development of model language for arbitration and jurisdiction clauses in the ISDA Master Agreement and work on future versions of the ISDA Arbitration Guide.

ISDA Legal opinions currently cover South Africa, Mauritius and Nigeria. ISDA is working on a number of other jurisdictions in sub-Saharan Africa, including Ghana, Namibia, Kenya, Morocco, Egypt and Tanzania.

Industry working group dedicated to compliance and implementation issues related to reporting in the Asia-Pacific under multiple regulatory regimes, such as ASIC, MAS, and the HKMA/SFC. The group determines and coordinates solutions through industry discussions and regulatory advocacy at a strategy level.
