Following S&P Global Platts’ decision to change the specifications of its Diesel 10 ppm UK Cargoes CIF NWE assessment (Platts code AAVBH00), ISDA has consulted with its members and produced a guidance note and template amendment agreement. The amendment agreement allows parties to amend relevant transactions such that all references to Platts Diesel 10 ppm UK Cargoes CIF NWE shall be replaced by a reference to Platts Diesel 10 ppm UK Cargoes CIF NWE – original (French) spec.
