This Form of Amendment can be used if the parties wish to amend their existing Equity Swap Transaction master confirmation agreements, existing and/or future transaction supplements, existing standalone confirmations and/or other specified documents to incorporate the terms of a version of the 2021 ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions where previously the 2006 ISDA Definitions were incorporated.

While this Form of Amendment has been drafted to provide for a way of amending Equity Swap Transactions, this Form of Amendment could be used to amend the Floating Amounts leg in equity derivatives transactions which include a Floating Amount leg but which are not ‘Equity Swap Transactions’ under the 2002 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions.
