To assist with compliance with National Instrument 93-101 Derivatives: Business Conduct and the associated Companion Policy 93-101CP Derivatives: Business Conduct, ISDA has published Canadian Business Conduct Disclosure Statement.

As part of ISDA’s regulatory disclosure initiatives, ISDA will continue to update the Canadian Business Conduct Disclosure Statement to provide additional or updated disclosure where there are changes in the underlying market and member demand warrants. The date listed in the title is the date of the most recent update or review period. Disclosures are reviewed at least every two years.
