The Rider for an IM Document for use with Custodial Arrangements with no or only a limited cash-trapping feature for Collateral distributions, published on December 8, 2021, is intended to allow market participants to include in an ISDA IM Credit Support Annex, Credit Support Deed or Collateral Transfer Agreement an obligation on the Security Provider to substitute out a security an agreed number of days before payment of any principal amount in respect of such security. A failure to effect such substitution would constitute an Additional Termination Event with respect to the Security Provider.
