The ISDA Clause Library – Credit Support Documentation is a tool that allows users to construct standard-form versions of the most commonly negotiated provisions within various ISDA credit support documents and the most common variants of those provisions. The ISDA Clause Library – Credit Support Documentation is intended to be used in conjunction with the following credit support documents:

• the 1994 ISDA Credit Support Annex (Security Interest – New York Law), 
• 1995 ISDA Credit Support Annex (Title Transfer – English Law);
• 1995 ISDA Credit Support Deed (Security Interest – English Law);
• 2016 ISDA Credit Support Annex for Variation Margin (VM) (Security Interest – New York Law); and
• 2016 ISDA Credit Support Annex for Variation Margin (VM) (Title Transfer – English Law).
