ISDA Korean Title Transfer Addendum to 1994 ISDA Credit Support Annex (Security Interest – New York Law), published on August 31, 2017

This Addendum allows parties to exchange and re-use collateral denominated in Korean won (KRW) under securities lending transactions (tambo daecha). The Addendum is to be used with the published form of the 1994 ISDA Credit Support Annex (Security Interest – New York Law). Parties may customize the Addendum to reflect any bilateral or bespoke terms (including terms agreed for VM compliance purposes) in their existing 1994 ISDA Credit Support Annex.
